🪶 How light are polymer clay earrings really? ▾
Remarkably lightweight! Most of our pairs weigh less than 4 to 6 grams (lighter than a standard 5-rupee coin). You can wear statement floral dangles all day or dance through an 8-hour wedding without any ear lobe pulling or fatigue.
🌿 Are your earrings hypoallergenic and safe for sensitive ears? ▾
Yes, 100%! All earring posts and hooks are crafted from surgical-grade stainless steel or nickel-free brass findings. They do not turn ears green and are gentle on even the most delicate skin.
💧 Are polymer clay and botanical resin water-resistant? ▾
Both baked polymer clay and cured resin are naturally water-resistant. Getting caught in a light drizzle or splash won’t ruin them! However, to preserve the luster and metal findings, we recommend removing them before showering or swimming.
🧼 How should I clean and store my handmade pieces? ▾
Store your treasures in their original kraft box or a dry jewelry pouch, away from direct heat or sharp objects. If your clay picks up makeup dust, gently wipe the surface with a soft damp cloth or a dab of micellar water.
✨ Can I request a custom color palette or bridal set? ▾
Absolutely! Srihitha loves creating custom pieces to match your lehenga, saree, or bridesmaids’ palette. Reach out via WhatsApp with your inspiration photo and we’ll hand-mix custom colors just for you.
💳 How do I pay, and how is my payment verified? ▾
Checkout is by UPI. Pay from any UPI app (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.) to our UPI ID shown at checkout, then enter the UPI reference number (UTR) from your payment receipt and place the order. Srihitha checks the payment manually and confirms your order. We never see or store your UPI PIN or card details.
📦 When will my order be dispatched and delivered? ▾
Because every piece is handmade, we dispatch within 5 days of confirming your payment. Estimated in 7–10 days (depends on logistics). We ship across India through independent courier partners and share tracking details once your order is on its way. Delivery timelines are courier estimates, not guarantees. 💛 Can I return or get a refund on my order? ▾
As every piece is handmade (and often made just for you), we do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and an unboxing photo or video, and we will arrange a replacement or repair where possible.
