1. About our products

Every item is handmade, often to order. Because pieces are crafted by hand, slight variations in colour, shape, size, and finish are natural and are part of their charm — they are not defects. Product photos are representative; your piece may differ subtly. Colours can also vary slightly between screens.

2. Orders & acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed only after we verify your payment and accept it. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is unavailable or a payment cannot be verified), in which case any verified amount for that order will be handled as described in our Refund Policy.

3. Pricing & payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is made online via UPI (you enter the payment reference at checkout), or arranged directly over WhatsApp. Your order is processed once we manually verify the payment. We never receive or store your card, bank, or UPI PIN details.

4. Custom & personalised orders

Custom and personalised pieces are made specifically for you based on the details you provide. Please review your requirements (spelling, colours, sizes, dates) carefully before confirming — these details cannot be changed once production begins, and custom items are not eligible for return or refund (see our Refund Policy).

5. Dispatch & delivery

As pieces are handmade, please allow the dispatch time shown at checkout before your order ships. Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on the courier; delays caused by logistics providers are outside our control. Please provide a complete, accurate delivery address — we are not responsible for orders lost due to an incorrect address. See our Shipping Policy for how deliveries are handled.

6. Returns & refunds

Due to the handmade and often personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds, except in the limited cases described in our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including designs, product photos, text, and the Artistha name and logo — belongs to Artistha by Srihitha and may not be copied or used without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or incidental losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
